Story

Hi there!

 F45 Training Mooloolaba wants to raise awareness towards mental illness and are teaming up with the LIVIN for the F45 LIVIN Challenge! 

$25 per person will be the entry and will gain you access to compete in the F45 Playoffs on 22nd April, as well as a BBQ breakfast. 

 We really appreciate your support.

LIVIN

LIVIN was founded in 2013 by Casey Lyons and Sam Webb in honour of their best mate Dwayne Lally with a goal to break the stigma surroundning mental health through education and awareness.
LIVIN is all about living your life at the top through connecting, supporting and encouraging one another to talk about our feelings and challenges.  This awareness can be achieved through wearing the LIVIN merchandise, community engagement and the delivery of our mental health educational and stigma reduction program, LIVINWell.
All donations to LIVIN contribute towards the delivery of our LIVINWell Schools Program which is provided to high schools around Australia at no cost to the school or the students.
Our aim is to break the stigma surrounding mental health and reinforcing that It Ain't Weak to Speak.
