Story

Hi team,

We are holding our very own F45 Playoffs in the gym!

The F45 network are coming together for this challenge to raise awareness for LIVIN, who are dedicated to raising awareness for mental health and suicide prevention.

 

We encourage you to come along and test your physical and mental fitness in this 10 minute challenge. If you don't want to participate, you can still donate and come along to form the cheer squad. 

 

Alarmingly, there are 8.3 deaths by suicide per day. In 2015, 2292 males (19.4 per 100,000) and 735 females (6.2 per 1000) committed suicide. The rate of suicide is three times greater among males than females.

    LIVIN

    LIVIN was founded in 2013 by Casey Lyons and Sam Webb in honour of their best mate Dwayne Lally with a goal to break the stigma surroundning mental health through education and awareness.
    LIVIN is all about living your life at the top through connecting, supporting and encouraging one another to talk about our feelings and challenges.  This awareness can be achieved through wearing the LIVIN merchandise, community engagement and the delivery of our mental health educational and stigma reduction program, LIVINWell.
    All donations to LIVIN contribute towards the delivery of our LIVINWell Schools Program which is provided to high schools around Australia at no cost to the school or the students.
    Our aim is to break the stigma surrounding mental health and reinforcing that It Ain't Weak to Speak.
