Story
Did you know that eight Australians a day are lost to suicide?
This is a shocking statistic. We all have a role to play in bringing this issue to the forefront and encouraging all Australians suffering from depression and other mental illness that they can seek help. With the recent tragic passing of Wallaby great, Daniel Vickerman, we are reminded that depression does not discriminate.
F45 Newstead & Stafford are partnering with LIVIN to bring more focus on the issue and that #itaintweaktospeak. We're challenging every single #F45 studio in the country to hold an internal #F45playoffs event open to members and the public, donating $25 per participant. From there, the top four males and top four females will represent #LIVIN at the national F45 Training Playoffs!
Top Livin Limited works to help those in need in our communities and change their lives for the better. We rely heavily on community support, and a significant portion of this is from fundraising events and activities involving dedicated people like you. The possibilities are limited only by your imagination so get creative, go over the top and let everyone know that you stand for something! What we will gain from your fundraising efforts is invaluable, and for that, we cannot thank you enough!

LIVIN
LIVIN was founded in 2013 by Casey Lyons and Sam Webb in honour of their best mate Dwayne Lally with a goal to break the stigma surroundning mental health through education and awareness.
LIVIN is all about living your life at the top through connecting, supporting and encouraging one another to talk about our feelings and challenges. This awareness can be achieved through wearing the LIVIN merchandise, community engagement and the delivery of our mental health educational and stigma reduction program, LIVINWell.
All donations to LIVIN contribute towards the delivery of our LIVINWell Schools Program which is provided to high schools around Australia at no cost to the school or the students.
Our aim is to break the stigma surrounding mental health and reinforcing that It Ain't Weak to Speak.
